To register an individual entrepreneur, you must select the main type of economic activity. Each type of activity has its own unique code, which can be viewed in the special reference book "All-Russian Classifier of Types of Economic Activities", abbreviated as OKVED . For organizations in 2018, the OKVED 2014 guide should be followed. This is an updated guide that has been used since last year.
Primary and secondary activities
There can be only one main activity. But there can be as many extras as you like. However, it is not necessary to list all activities in a row as additional ones. After all, some of them require permits or licenses. And even if no activity was carried out on them, reports may be required. The choice of OKVED should be considered carefully. The registration form provides more than 50 fields for additional OKVED.
The code must be at least 4 digits long. This is an activity group. An individual entrepreneur can choose a group in full. And if a group is indicated as the main type of activity, then in the additional ones it is not necessary to paint it into subgroups. For example, an entrepreneur indicated the main activity 45.11 Trade in light vehicles (up to 3.5 tons). The subgroup also has 45.11.1, 45.11.2, and so on. In additional activities, it is better to choose related industries.
If the activity was carried out not according to the Germany WhatsApp Number List main, but according to an additional type of activity, punishment for this is not provided. Activities can be changed and rotated. However, if an entrepreneur is engaged in a type of activity that has not yet been opened, it is worth correcting this oversight by making changes to the USRIP.
